They are looking for a dedicated senior Compliance professional to help them navigate the complex regulatory landscape and ensure their operations remain compliant with all relevant laws and guidelines.

Your new role
As the key responsible Compliance person in the firm, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. You will support the execution of the firm's Compliance programme, focusing on areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Advisory, AML/CFT, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Reporting. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence in customer KYC/CDD processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and reviewing digital tokens for regulatory compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to succeed in this role you will have:

• At least 5 years of compliance experience in a reputable and regulated financial institution; with 2-3 years of crypto/digital asset compliance experience
• Proficient in blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis and Elliptic would be critical for your success
• CAMS or related Financial Crime Compliance certification is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A motivated self-starter, critical thinker, and a good team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment with a willingness to learn
