How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you will play a key role in fostering an empowered learning culture across the OCBC Group. You will have a strong background in instructional design, programme management and change management. You will be skilled in designing and implementing learning solutions end-to-end, optimising technology-enhanced learning platforms, and is a creative problem-solver with a passion for developing impactful learning experiences that align with organisational goals.

What you do

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Faculty and Subject Matter Experts, to design and improve multimodal learning solutions while ensuring alignment to pedagogical best practices.
  2. Identify and execute initiatives that support the OCBC Campus vision of becoming a scientifically informed learning organisation through strategic partnerships.
  3. Programme and project manage a suite of learning programmes and experiences.
  4. Collaborate with the Learning Management System Administrator to implement integrated digital learning experiences and oversee the management of learning solutions inventories.
  5. Ensure compliance of all learning technology solutions with internal risk assessment and management policies.
  6. Lead the design and deployment of technology-enabled learning innovations that provide meaningful experiences across the OCBC Group.
  7. Foster a vibrant, open-minded, and creative team culture.

Who you are

  1. Bachelor’s and/or postgraduate degree in learning and instructional sciences or a related field is an advantage.
  2. Proven experience and enthusiasm in the end-to-end design and management of learning solutions and experiences.
  3. Familiarity with learning management systems, reporting and metrics.
  4. Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of driving results across diverse stakeholder groups.
  6. Knowledge of HR technology platforms and data analytics is advantageous.
