We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Lead Data Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities
  • This role is responsible & accountable for the successful delivery of various areas including collaborating with the Product owner, gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements, and defining design options.
  • Work with country teams/business units to translate business requirements and designs into detailed functional requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and deliver solutions using tools and languages like Oracle, VBA, MS Access, MS Visio, etc.
  • Lead, drive, and manage implementation activities, including planning, controlling, and reporting, focusing on benefits acceleration and risk minimization during deployment.
  • Manage implementation readiness and early stages like pilot testing.
  • Analyze complex data to identify appropriate actions or solutions.
  • Handle medium to large product-related projects, including system implementation, requirement gathering, analysis, drafting, and finalizing BRDs, working closely with country teams.
  • Lead teams within and outside of base location to perform core activities and address issues or challenges, recommending actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience working with client reference data.
  • Understanding of the financial industry through experience or training.
  • Experience in designing, building, and implementing Target Operating Models and Governance.
  • Qualifications or experience in programming languages, especially Python and SQL.
  • Knowledge of data lineage, profiling, and data quality measurement.
