Job description

Location: Asia Square
Contract Duration: 6 Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead KYC outsourcing projects across Asia, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal standards are met
• Build detailed business cases, project scopes, and define deliverables for KYC initiatives
• Gather and analyze business requirements to support KYC centralization
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Mitigate regulatory, outsourcing, and technology risks throughout the project
• Obtain internal approvals and regulatory clearance where needed
• Facilitate working groups and steering committee meetings
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior stakeholders
• Draft business requirement documents and coordinate UAT/SIT with IT teams
• Organize and deliver training for impacted teams
• Revise SOPs based on the new Target Operating Model
• Manage cut-over planning and post-implementation support, including defect resolution and performance tracking
