Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting and resolving user issues for Workday HCM.
  • Perform requirement analysis, solution design and configuration of Workday HCM to support HR processes and ensure optimal system usage.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance to users on Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
  • Drive automation and streamlining of HR processes through the development and configuration of Workday applications.
  • Manage change requests related to Workday HCM including new releases, enhancements and regulatory changes.
  • Understand different various regional specific regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with.
  • Explore and harness new technologies to drive digitalization and transformation of HRIS/HRSS to deliver a High-Impact, Sustainable and future ready work force.
  • Develop scalable solutions with a consistent, user-friendly customer experience, that is intuitive and easy to use, and that can be used (and adapted where necessary) across the entire DBS Group.
  • Ensure operation issues are properly tracked to closure with documented resolutions/workaround in accordance to SLA.
  • There is also plenty of opportunity to be exposed to other non Workday HR systems in order to cross skill and grow your expertise in different domains, like LMS, Recruitment, Chatbots, RPA/IPA and new HR innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS systems administration and support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, proven experience with Workday HCM implementation projects an advantage.
  • Strong risk and control Operations knowledge. Understand HR regulatory policies and audit procedures for HRIS security
  • Possesses and displays good verbal, written communication, presentation, interpersonal skill and ability to influence stakeholders and partners across vendors and teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Meticulous and independent worker. Ability to multi-task and still deliver quality outcomes.
  • Customer- and results-oriented.
