Support the Head of Risk & Governance in strengthening the risk, control, governance, and compliance framework across the organization. The role will drive risk monitoring, control effectiveness reviews, audit management, data analytics, business continuity, and process improvement initiatives to ensure a robust and sustainable control environment. This position is also intended to develop future Risk & Governance leaders with strong risk management, analytics, audit, and transformation capabilities.
Support the Head of Risk & Governance in managing the risk and governance framework. Conduct risk assessments and monitor key risks across the business. Develop and maintain risk dashboards, reports, and analytics to identify trends and control weaknesses. Review and enhance risk controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits and track remediation of audit findings. Support business continuity planning and resilience initiatives. Lead process improvement projects to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks. Prepare monthly risk reports and present key risk insights to management. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to promote a strong risk and control culture. Support special reviews, assurance activities, and governance initiatives as required. Utilize data analytics for risk management, interpret data trends, identify control weaknesses, and translate insights into actionable risk mitigation measures.
