Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability andinnovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage team daily BAU processes

  • Handle Trade Order placement, settlement and Corporate Actions for Mutual Fund

  • Perform regulatory reporting (CRS/FATCA) to Fund Managers whenever applicable

  • Manage on-boarding requests for Funds

  • Investigate and follow up on failed trades/ settlement, positions and cash breaks

  • Coordinate with Product and/or Business teams and support on any new fund launch or on-boarding requests

  • Review processes and identify areas for improvement, change and enhanced risks and controls

  • Ensure processes and procedures are developed, updated and duly approved by the management

  • Comply to all established procedures and regulations

  • Participate and support UAT for system enhancements and roll out

  • Support and deliver team KPI and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of working experience and good product knowledge in Funds

  • Good working experience in Fund Operations processes and process improvements.

  • Possess maturity in judgment and strong focus on critical thinking, effective facilitation and influencing

  • Have strong risk and control sense

  • Team player with pro-active and “can do” attitude

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

  • Highly Proficient in MS Office Suites
