    As the Financial Advisory at our company based in Delhi, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and enriching financial journey for our clients from onboarding through ongoing engagement. You will need to understand and articulate the full spectrum of services offered by 1 Finance to align client needs with appropriate solutions.Leading the team in delivering prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to client queries across personal finance advisory will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will work closely with advisors, product experts, and cross-functional teams to curate and coordinate customized financial solutions for each client. Additionally, conducting team reviews to ensure alignment with the company's philosophy and the unique needs of each client will be part of your duties.Proactively engaging with clients to ensure execution of their personalized financial plans and behavioural nudges, while overseeing overall plan adherence, will be crucial. You will also need to conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and ensure alignment with their evolving life goals and financial priorities. Implementing a concierge-style service culture rooted in trust, reliability, and expertise is vital for this role.Tracking and analyzing service performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvements will be expected. Ensuring all communication and activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards is of utmost importance. Managing a team to ensure delivery excellence and career development will also be a part of your responsibilities.Your role will involve conducting in-person meetings to foster client relations and actively contributing to marketing initiatives to enhance outreach and brand visibility. You should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a relatable manner. A deep understanding of personal advisory domains such as loans, insurance, investments, taxation, estate planning, and cash flow planning is required.Having a client-first mindset with a strong focus on relationship building and problem-solving is essential. You should have a proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate high-performance teams. Being a structured and analytical thinker with experience in managing service-level metrics and process improvements is advantageous. High adaptability in fast-paced, agile environments is also a desired skill.Qualifications for this role include an MBA in Finance, CFP, CWM, NISM XA & XB certifications.,
