You'll work closely with various teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving success in this role.

What you do

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting exercises with various teams
  • Drive or contribute to the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for repetitive tasks
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to enhance data visualisation and financial insights
  • Identify and resolve issues, implementing process improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with various teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Who you are

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in finance operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Robotic Process Automation process
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
