Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an AVP to lead Data Governance Operationalization, KDE and metadata requirements, and data quality governance to support regulatory reporting and governance artefacts.

You will collaborate with Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology teams to implement scalable data management solutions and drive offshore capability development within the Data Management Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Regulatory Reporting, or related disciplines.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational deliverables.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform Data Governance Operationalization across business domains.
• Capture KDE, metadata, ownership, and control requirements.
• Design and monitor Data Quality controls and remediation tracking.
• Support regulatory reporting automation and governance artefacts.
• Coordinate governance forums and offshore capability development.
