The role involves preparing credit applications, risk assessments, and financial analyses; ensuring timely processing of approvals and consents; collaborating with Credit and Origination teams on day-to-day queries; and supporting compliance and audit requests.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in credit risk or portfolio management with leveraged/acquisition exposure.
• Strong understanding of capital structures and financing solutions.
• Proficient in financial modelling and robust analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for leverage, acquisition, and structured transactions
• Assist with timely processing of approvals and consent requests, ensuring accuracy
• Work closely with Credit and origination teams on day-to-day queries
• Support compliance requirements and respond to audit requests
• Contribute to regular reporting for regulators and internal stakeholders

What You'll Need

• At least 7 years of experience in credit risk or portfolio management, with exposure to leveraged and acquisition finance or holding-company/share-backed financing
• Solid credit judgment and understanding of capital structures and financing solutions
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Good stakeholder communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
