Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Manager of Corporate Strategy and Planning to join our team. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities to support the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned with company objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth implementation.
- Internal Communication & Alignment: Act as a bridge between senior leadership and teams, ensuring clarity and consistency across departments.
- Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management on key initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify organizational challenges proactively and develop effective solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity. Ensure optimal resource allocation and project prioritization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align efforts and ensure successful execution of corporate initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in the financial sector or startup environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proven experience in project management and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
