About the Department

Dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5 million and above. Keeping in mind our clients’ financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group’s comprehensive suite of personal, business, and investment services.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a superior client experience by understanding, anticipating, and executing clients’ transactions, and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Private Bankers (Senior Client Advisor/Market Head/Senior Team Lead). Ensure prompt and accurate processing of clients' banking and investment transactions. Activities include, but are not limited to, account onboarding, static maintenance, asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing.
  2. Market coverage: Asia
  3. Track and manage document deficiencies, attend to client queries, and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Coordinate across departments to implement and deliver on client commitments.
  5. Escalate service issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
  6. As required, Senior CAAs provide financial solutions tailored to customers' needs and objectives, mentor new CAAs, and participate in ad hoc projects such as system application UAT, process improvements, and focus groups.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with preferably 3 years minimum experience as an Assistant RM (ARM) in the Wealth Management segment (including Premier / Priority Banking segment).
  • CACS Certification (Paper 1 & 2) – a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of booking and settling trades of various asset classes and products is a strong advantage, e.g., Fixed Income, Equities, FX-linked products, unit trusts, Funds, Structured Notes, and handling account opening documentation, payments, and securities transfers.
