Job description

As a CCB VOC Business Operations Manager at Coalition Greenwich, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Community and Commercial Banking (CCB) VOC team and various internal operations/functions globally. Your responsibilities will involve providing both tactical and strategic direction on all operational aspects within the sector. It will be essential for you to have a deep understanding of the business in order to identify opportunities for operational streamlining through process reengineering, product development, and automation.Your primary responsibilities will include creating and managing research project plans, working closely with CCB Sector leaders in the US to ensure appropriate staffing for each project, managing the research project lifecycle, leading planning and status meetings, resolving project-related issues, driving operational efficiency initiatives, coordinating third-party data inputs, assisting in new project development efforts, coordinating training for new hires, and serving as the go-to person for the team on various topics.In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be required to identify and escalate areas of risk, provide root-cause analysis for delays, maintain metrics to evaluate sector health, oversee facility design processes, maintain project documentation, and ensure the organization and preparation of review notes.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), at least 5 years of experience in managing operations globally, the ability to drive process efficiency through innovation, strong coordination skills with various teams, hands-on experience in business analysis, product development, data management, and automation, as well as solid communication and presentation skills.The ideal candidate for this position will be a rigorous organizer and prioritizer, possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, be result-driven and solution-oriented with a strong data focus, have strong execution abilities, be proficient in mapping processes and identifying automation opportunities, and have experience working on global cross-team projects.If you are looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the operational success of the CCB VOC sector, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.,
