AVP - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTQUALIFICATIONS: Postgraduate / Degree in Engineering / Architecture/ ManagementEXPERIENCE: 12-15+ Years in Business Development and Land Acquisition on outright/jointdevelopment basis preferably with a large-scale real estate developer/ real estate funds/ financialinstitution/ IPCs.Key Responsibilities:Experienced in Real Estate matters pertaining to business development, Land Acquisition, Legal andTechnical due diligence, stakeholder management, market research and analysis etc. Should be able tolead a team and lead the Business Development & Land Acquisition Initiatives (Residential andCommercial) for Puravankara West.Key Responsibilities:\u0009 Source deals related to land acquisition and distressed properties in residential, commercial,hospitality and mall verticals across pan India basis through network of brokers, IPCs, RPs, PMCs,Financial Institutions, And Other Sources, To Meet Business Requirements.\u0009 Understand the development control regulations and policies affecting development of dealsourced and its impact on the feasibility of the deals.\u0009 Conduct preliminary analysis of the deal sourced to determine whether or not they meet thebusinesses" goals and objectives by taking inputs from respective business teams on locationadvantages, buildability norms/restrictions, understanding on the title etc.\u0009 Prepare a detailed technical and financial feasibility of shortlisted deals by businesses, throughcross functional coordination and onboarding of teams like sales, architecture, liaison,engineering, legal etc.\u0009 Interact with landowners/ counterparties for commercial negotiations and closure of deals.\u0009 Coordinate with legal teams and counter party to finalize the legal documentation required fordeal closure.REPORTING TO: CEO - West & Commercial AssetsLOCATION: BKC Office MumbaiAbout Us:The PURAVANKARA GROUP was established in 1975, in response to the growing need for qualityhousing and commercial space in the metropolitan cities of India.
