Job Overview

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales/Business Development Representative to help power our outbound sales engine. You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting senior decision-makers within the Family Office and Wealth Management ecosystem across Southeast Asia and other key global markets. This role is ideal for someone who combines structured sales thinking with hustle, empathy, and the ability to craft compelling outreach narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute outbound prospecting to generate high-quality leads through personalized emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers (CIOs, CFOs, COOs, Heads of Investment) across Single and Multi Family Offices.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and align Keenai’s solutions accordingly.
  • Manage pipeline activities using CRM (Salesforce), maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and marketing to refine outreach campaigns and improve messaging.
  • Share prospect feedback and market insights to shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track KPIs across prospecting channels and continuously iterate to improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on Family Office and private wealth trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimally a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally targeting financial services, private wealth, or investment platforms.
  • Proven success in outbound sales or lead generation roles involving C-level conversations.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, fintech, or wealth management domains.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and outreach automation platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport and communicate value clearly.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and data-driven.
