What You Do

Audit Management
Support the Group Functional Head (GFH) and Group Portfolio Lead (GPL) in managing and conducting audits related to OCBC's consumer banking business, providing independent assurance and insights. Complete audit work within scope, budget, and standards, documenting findings and recommending improvements. Evaluate root causes and ensure management actions are effective.

Perform risk monitoring to identify emerging themes.

Stakeholder Management
Engage with stakeholders to stay informed about business developments, risks, and audit issues. Build trusted relationships, especially in Wealth Management and Consumer Banking.

Team Management
Work effectively as a team member or leader, promoting the use of data analytics, automation, and AI/ML tools to enhance audit efficiency.

Who You Are

Bachelor degree holder, preferably with CPA/CA/CIA qualification. Minimum five years of relevant experience with good understanding of risks in Wealth Management and Consumer Banking, including AML and sales practices. Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and lead assignments. Skills in data analytics, Generative AI, and ML are advantageous. Willingness to travel regionally (~10%).
