Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in banking industry.
• Prior experience and understanding of risk management principles and control framework is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across geographies.
• Project management skills are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with data or relevant software applications and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide horizontal support across Risk and Business Control, partnering with Risk Leads on governance and risk management routines.
• Support Branch Oversight cadence, including PIE calls, APAC GTMO Risk Forum, and LR R governance; maintain trackers and reporting.
• Assist Risk Leads in governance activities across multiple risk pillars, including audit readiness, policy adherence, risk assessments, and issue management.
• Support pre-audit readiness reviews and lookup exercises by gathering inputs, analyzing findings, and tracking remediation actions.
• Coordinate audit, regulatory, and risk management activities: document prep, evidence gathering, and closure of findings.
• Prepare governance presentations and management reporting for risk forums and regulatory engagements.
• Be a Risk Culture Carrier and promote a strong risk management culture across the Bank.
