OCBC is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to safeguard customers and the bank against evolving fraud threats. You will shape solutions for FCC/KYC Name Screening, CDD risk scoring and transaction monitoring, working with multiple tech and operations teams in a risk-driven environment.

You will translate business needs into actionable specs, manage the product backlog for anti-fraud initiatives, and drive end-to-end delivery from analysis to go-live, embracing agile practices and staying

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong expertise in FCC and KYC systems and techniques.
• SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery experience.

Mansioni

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for FCC/KYC Name Screening, CDD Risk Scoring, and Transaction Screening domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tech Architecture, Infra and Security to design end-to-end solutions, scope, and cost estimates.
• Present solution proposals and cost-benefit analyses to business and technology management.
• Perform requirements analysis, functional specs, user stories, testing and go-live activities.
• Translate business needs into functional specs for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and manage the product backlog for anti-fraud initiatives.
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing; monitor performance of implemented solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging fraud threats.
