Job summary

ELITEZ AVIATION PTE. LTD. is looking for an Aviation Warehouse Associate to support Bedok/Seletar operations.

You will load/unload aircraft parts, manage stock movement and ensure accurate SAP-driven receiving and counting procedures. The role requires flexibility to work day and night shifts with OT, and a strong focus on safety and quality in a busy aerospace warehouse. GCE N/O-Level/ITE or equivalent with warehouse experience is preferred; SAP/WMS and forklift licensing are advantageous, and

Qualifications

GCE N/O-Level, ITE or equivalent.
Warehouse/logistics/shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Aviation/aerospace/MRO experience is an advantage.
SAP/WMS experience is an advantage.
Forklift licence/material-handling experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to lift 16-18kg.
Able to work shifts and OT.

Responsibilities

Load/unload aircraft parts, materials and finished goods.
Move parts/materials between warehouse, production, inspection and staging areas using forklifts, cranes and other equipment where required.
Perform receiving, put-away, stock transactions, cycle counts and inventory updates using SAP.
Verify PO, DO and shipping documents for accurate part traceability.
Conduct visual checks and report discrepancies/damage.
Prepare aircraft parts for inspection, storage and shipment, including packing and labelling.
Maintain warehouse safety, quality, housekeeping and 5S standards.
