CW Aero Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Hydraulic Junior Field Service Technician to join our team in Singapore. You will service and maintain hydraulic test stands used in aviation MRO, ensuring accuracy and reliability of testing results.

The role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with customers and colleagues. Travel to customer sites is expected as needed, with a focus on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as Hydraulic Field Service Technician in aviation/MRO.
• Knowledge of calibrating and validating hydraulic test equipment (Pressure Gauges, Flowmeters).
• Experience with troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic test stands used in aviation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, actuators, filters, gauges).
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, pressure fluctuations, and component failures.
• Calibrate and validate test stands for accurate results.
• Provide on-site technical support and customer training.
• Document service activities accurately.
• Stay updated with safety and industry standards in aviation/MRO.
