• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MOM WSH compliance for JSIN MRO and FBO operations.
• Lead safety investigations and manage corrective actions.
• Conduct return-to-work interviews with HR coordination.
• Maintain WSH equipment and ensure readiness of safety systems.
• Manage permit-to-work processes and review contractor risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver WSH and environmental training programmes.
• Ensure procedures and documentation comply with MOM WSH regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments (HIRA) and implement controls.
• Promote safety culture through communications and events.
• Provide guidance to JSIN management on regulatory requirements.
• Lead WSH/environmental initiatives as directed by Director HSE.
