Job summary

MMT Global Technologies is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to work closely with product owners and squads to refine requirements and deliverables for private banking modules. You will build models and diagrams to explain complex concepts to stakeholders and support UAT and training as needed.

The role requires 6–8 years in functional analysis within wealth management, strong Avaloq knowledge, and proven ability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• 6-8 years of functional analysis experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
• Avaloq CorePlatform familiarity; Avaloq certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels including Legal, Compliance and InfoSec.
• Experience in project management and full software development lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent analytical skills, detail orientation, and MS Office proficiency.
• Flexible and able to manage a multi-faceted, time-sensitive role.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Jira/Confluence/HPALM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team-level communication to reach consensus on scope and design decisions.
• Validate requirements, perform UAT testing and user training as needed, and write test cases.
• Identify risks early and address issues affecting squad health.
• Apply conceptual modelling to envisage solutions and provide concise guidance.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts and plan tasks effectively.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Work closely together with the ProductOwner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirementsspecification on an epic / story level.
• Create models, diagrams, presentations,and other documentations that support the target audience to understand thebusiness requirements.
• Facilitate communication at team levelto create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
• Validate requirements, UAT Testing& User Training (if required): To validate e2e requirements via reviews,walkthroughs, and demo. Also, to play a key role in writing & conductingUAT test cases and, if required to train non-squad’s stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks / issuesthat might affect squad’s overall health.
• Expertise in conceptual modelling,ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions and clearability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array ofbusiness-related topics.
• Ability to identify risks, resolveconflicts and plan tasks.

Skills Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration,Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• 6-8 years of experience in functionalanalysis in area of Private Banking, Wealth Management; Knowledge andexperience of banking business and its operations is a plus.
• Strongly familiar with Avaloq CorePlatform; Avaloq certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to work withstakeholders at all levels of seniority and effectively engage in discussionswith senior management. In particular, demonstrated capability to collaboratewith Legal, Compliance and Information Security teams (a good understanding ofregulatory requirements is needed)
• Experience in project management andknowledge about the entire application development life cycle (planning,budget, approval, sourcing, monitoring and implementation)
• Excellent analytical skills, attentionto detail and ability to independently develop and manage complex models. Verygood command of MS Office suite is a must.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to managea multi-faceted role with changing priorities and tasks that are complex,unpredictable and time sensitive.
• Demonstrated ability to work underpressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of methodologies inapplications development (e.g. Agile, waterfall)
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence and HPALM will be a plus.
