Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD seeks a skilled Avaloq business analyst to drive process improvements in banking operations. You will analyze requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution design in Agile delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of BA experience in banking, strong Avaloq experience, and domain knowledge in wealth management, lending, investments, or digital banking. This role requires independent work and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Avaloq business analyst to join our team and drive business process improvements using the Avaloq platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Avaloq, and a passion for optimizing banking operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agile delivery models.
• Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations

Experience and Domain Knowledge

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong domain expertise in areas such as wealth management/private banking, credit & lending, investments/capital markets, or digital banking.

Technical Skills

• Experience with banking and investment platforms, including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
