Audio-Visual and Information & Communication Technology
- Manage Audio Visual equipment during all major school events
- Set up, test, and operate sound/light/Audio Visual systems during school events (e.g., meetings, assemblies, sports day, speech day)
- Maintain inventory and loan records of Audio Visual and ICT cables, sound systems, etc.
- Provide consultation to the Head of Department/ICT and Subject Head/ICT on the Audio Visual needs of the school
- Manage Audio Visual equipment in classrooms and all other special rooms; monitor equipment usage and carry out maintenance on a yearly basis
- Coordinate with vendors on repair services
- Manage the loan and condemnation of Audio Visual and Information & Communication Technology equipment and accessories
- Collaborate and support teachers to effectively utilize digital signage and AV systems for school-wide communication
Other duties:
- Train the CCA Information Technology Club students to operate the Public Address System equipment/services during assembly
- Prepare CD players and batteries for school and national examinations (e.g., Listening Comprehension, Oral)
- Burn CDs for examinations and school events
- Assist in taking photographs and recording videos for school events and ad-hoc activities
- Convert video tapes to CDs
- Assist in troubleshooting simple Audio Visual/ICT issues
