Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with commercial AV systems.
• Strong knowledge of projectors, displays, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
• Understanding of signal flow, audio/video switching, and system integration.
• Familiarity with IP-based AV and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test audiovisual equipment for meetings, events, and conferences.
• Provide on-site technical support during events and meetings; troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Operate sound, lighting, and video equipment during live events when required.
• Maintain records of inventory, maintenance schedules, and service logs; ensure quality and performance standards.
