Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled AV Presales Engineer to support our Audio-Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) projects. This role bridges the gap between sales and engineering—owning solution design, technical presentations, and tender proposal support, including government submissions via GeBIZ.

You will work closely with sales, partners, and customers to craft winning solutions using technologies like Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Crestron, Logitech, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise throughout the sales cycle—from discovery to deal closure.
  • Design and propose end-to-end AV/UC solutions tailored to enterprise and public sector needs.
  • Prepare solution documentation, technical diagrams, and BOQs for tender submissions, especially via GeBIZ.
  • Conduct product demos, POCs, and solution briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with AV/UC vendors and distributors to obtain specs, pricing, and integration support.
  • Ensure proposed solutions comply with tender requirements and standards (IMDA, GovTech, etc.).
  • Stay current with AV/UC trends and continuously build technical expertise around evolving platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of presales or technical consulting experience in AV or UC solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, or equivalent systems.
  • Experience supporting GeBIZ or other public sector proposals is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Visio, AutoCAD (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications (e.g., Crestron, Extron, CTS, Microsoft Teams Rooms Solutions) are a plus.
