Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Aide to support the school's audiovisual operations on site at Dover Road. The role includes AV setup for events, inventory management of AV resources, and capturing photos and videos for school activities and the website.

You will also lead weekly Infocomm Club training and provide ad-hoc training in teaching and learning software, multimedia tools, and general AV support, with duties assigned by the HOD/ICT and School Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV support for school operations and events
• Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory
• Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia production for school events and to maintain school website
• Conduct Infocomm Club CCA weekly training
• Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders
