Job description

Job Responsibilities (JR):

• Set up and operate audio-visual and lighting systems at event venues
• Program and control lighting consoles, dimmers, and other lighting gear
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site quickly and effectively
• Assist in loading/unloading, transporting, and installing AV/lighting equipment
• Ensure all equipment is safely rigged and maintained
• Conduct equipment checks before, during, and after events
• Coordinate with event and production teams to meet technical requirements
• Maintain inventory of AV and lighting equipment
• Support ad-hoc tasks related to event setup and teardown

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, AV Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV or lighting for events
• Added advantage of having experience supporting virtual or hybrid events
• Familiar with sound systems, mixers, projectors, LED walls, moving lights, DMX systems, etc.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of equipment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
