Job summary

MVS AV PTE LTD, a Singapore-based systems integration and live production company, seeks a proactive Technical Specialist / Associate Technician to assist in installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining integrated AV and IT infrastructure for commercial and live event settings.

Fresh graduates (NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma) are fully welcome to apply, with on-the-job training and mentorship provided to develop industry-recognized experience.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, AV, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship, school projects, or up to 1 year of hands-on tech support is a plus.
• Basic understanding of audio/video connections and TCP/IP networking.
• Hands-on with basic hand tools and cable management.
• Eagerness to learn commercial AV brands such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Dante, Shure.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings for live events or project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site installation, cabling, termination, and hardware setup for AV equipment.
• Support configuration and patching of network/IT devices supporting AV-over-IP networks.
• Perform pre-installation and field testing under supervision, and assist live event setups.
