Job description

    As an AV Event Technician L2 at Kinly in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the delivery of on-site event services between Kinly and the client. Your primary responsibility will be to provide best-in-class services across all Audio Visual-related parts of event services through a high degree of client contact.Your key responsibilities will include being the single point of contact for the client in responding to inquiries and issues, undertaking AV/VC break-fix and troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving AV system failures, providing on-site connection and maintenance of AV/VC units, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions for recurring AV issues. Additionally, you will provide event management services, ensure operational availability of allocated event spaces and meeting rooms, advise and respond to client issues during events, perform L2 incident management, attend post-event debriefs, and participate in the development of operating procedures and processes.To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of live event production, deep technical knowledge of audio and video signal processing standards, the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously, and expertise in IP, digital, and analog telecommunication. You should also have experience in live video production roles, proven industry experience in live event production and AV technical elements, excellent written and spoken English skills, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced organization.If selected for an interview and requiring reasonable adjustments, please inform the Talent Acquisition team at the time of scheduling.
