A leading company in audio visual solutions seeks a candidate for implementation and servicing of AV and video conferencing solutions. Responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training, requiring a diploma in relevant fields and applicable experience.
Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service audio visual and video conferencing/ MS team solutions in accordance to company’s standards and best practices to meet customer’s requirements
Key Responsibilities:
System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
Perform 1st level of troubleshooting
Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers from different manufactures to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc
Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution
Assist in after sales services
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in IT/ Engineering/ Audio Visual/ any relevant education
