AV Audio Systems Engineer

• Working days: 5 days

• S$ 4,500 – 6,500 (experience-based)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AV Sound System Designer with a strong understanding of sound systems for various applications, including corporate boardrooms, hybrid town halls, auditoriums, and high SPL environments like concert venues, theatres, and House-of-Worship spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and commission sound systems for diverse AV applications.

• Create conceptual line drawings to support audio system designs.

• Develop and present design proposals to assist the Sales team.

• Conduct product demonstrations and end-user training.

• Support project commissioning as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of sound system design and commissioning experience in the AV industry.

• Proficiency in audio acoustics simulation software (e.g., EASE, EASE Focus, Modeler, ArrayCalc, Soundvision, etc.).

• Strong audio DSP programming skills (e.g., QSys, Biamp, Extron, Xilica).

• Knowledge of unified communications, video conferencing, and loudspeaker management.

Certifications:

• Dante Level 1 certification.

• Certification in acoustical simulation software

• DSP programming certification (e.g., QSys, Biamp, Extron, etc.)
