Job summary

Jan & Elly English Language School in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to own digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness and enrolments across our centres. This hands-on role offers autonomy to plan, execute, monitor and optimise campaigns across digital and offline channels.

You will create marketing content, coordinate with external designers or agencies, manage social media calendars, and report campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Good creative judgment and ability to assess whether marketing materials are effective and on-brand.
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads), Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok.
• Monitor campaign KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse results and make recommendations on targeting, budgets, content and campaign strategy.
• Create marketing content and collateral, including social media posts, videos, digital ads, brochures, banners and other promotional materials.
• Work with external designers, videographers or agencies where required, and review their work to ensure it meets brand and campaign objectives.
• Manage the social media content calendar and maintain a consistent brand presence across channels.
• Support marketing campaigns for enrolment periods, new programmes, branch openings and other business initiatives.
• Track competitor activity, digital trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign and performance reports for management.
