Job summary

NCS is seeking a seasoned leader to define and implement strategy for Autonomous Networks for CSP customers. You will head a team of systems integration engineers and AI developers to deliver TM Forum Level 4+ autonomous solutions, engaging with Telco customers at a leadership level.

Responsibilities include strategy, solution design, AI/GenAI deployment, and governance to drive end-to-end transformation across OSS/BSS integration, cloud-native platforms, and orchestration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in Telco networks engineering and operations with autonomous network delivery.
• Familiarity with TM Forum Autonomous Networks and Intent-based networking.
• Expertise in TM Forum AN Level 4+ design, OSS/BSS integration, and AI/ML-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Autonomous Network strategy for CSP customers.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver TM Forum Level 4+ autonomous solutions.
• Provide leadership-level engagement with global Telco customers.
• Architect and integrate OSS/BSS systems for fault, performance, and service management.
• Develop and implement AI/ML and GenAI models for predictive maintenance and self-healing.
