Job summary

A leading automotive group in Singapore is seeking an Administrative & Customer Service Support professional. The role involves managing customer interactions, assisting with finance and accounting duties, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin or finance support roles.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative & Customer Service:

Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming phone inquiries.


  • Manage customer bookings, job sheets, and service schedules.

  • Prepare invoices, receipts, quotations, and follow up on payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle histories.

  • Coordinate with workshop staff for job updates and service progress.

  • Track and order inventory and parts as needed.

  • General office duties including filing, data entry, and document control.

Finance & P&L Support:


  • Assist in recording daily sales, expenses, and petty cash transactions.

  • Monitor workshop income and cost of goods sold (COGS).

  • Prepare and compile basic P&L reports for management review.

  • Support monthly closing, budget tracking, and cost control activities.

  • Liaise with accountants or external vendors on financial documentation when required.



Requirements:


  • O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin or finance support roles (automotive experience is an advantage).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and workshop or accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.).

  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).

  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
