Location: East (Kaki Bukit)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work week

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Grooming & Detailing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and enhancing the appearance of our clients’ vehicles—both inside and out—ensuring each vehicle meets our premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, polishing, waxing, engine bay cleaning, and application of coatings.
• Conduct interior detailing such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, leather treatment, and window cleaning.
• Apply protective treatments to both exterior and interior surfaces.
• Inspect vehicles post-service to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.
• Manage and maintain cleaning tools, products, and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in car detailing or automotive grooming is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
