Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on golf carts, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Organize routine servicing and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely checks and minimal equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, repair logs, and parts ordering using proper tracking systems.
- Lead, assign, and review the work of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Assist in budgeting, request vendor quotations, manage parts procurement, and control material usage within approved budgets.
- Ensure the workshop remains clean and organized, manage equipment scrapping, and handle inventory for ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical operations, with strong practical knowledge and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess equipment performance and identify potential safety hazards, ensuring compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment.
- Results-driven, quality-focused, and capable of leading maintenance teams with a strong eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
- Proven ability to manage tasks and projects efficiently, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-ethnic teams and foster a positive, cooperative workplace culture.
Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus.
Working Location: Thomson.
Working Hours: 6.30am - 4pm.
Monday - Sunday (5 days work week).
