- Responsible for conducting maintenance services and repairs of heavy vehicles such as buses.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric vehicle components to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Manage and maintain high-voltage battery systems, including monitoring battery health, balancing cells, and conducting capacity tests.
- Update and calibrate the vehicle's control systems, ensuring they operate with the latest software for optimal performance.
- Ensure all electrical systems and components comply with safety standards and regulations set by relevant authorities.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections performed on each vehicle.
- Ensure work bays, workstations, and hand tools are maintained and organized satisfactorily.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITE NTC 3/2 or Nitec in Automotive Technology (Heavy Vehicle).
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive trade, heavy vehicle repair, and maintenance is preferred.
- Experience operating common workshop tools (e.g., air jack, hoist, wheel balancing machine).
- Team player.
- Possession of relevant work licenses (e.g., WAH, Rigger & Signalman, Forklift, Singapore Driving Class 3/4) is an advantage.
