Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Maintain optimal stock levels for operational needs.
Conduct regular inventory audits.
Manage inventory control systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, ERP).
Procurement & Coordination
Source spare parts from HQ and reliable suppliers; negotiate terms.
Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of critical spares.
Maintain relationships with HQ, dealers, distributors, and vendors.
Coordinate with distributors/dealers on spares requirements.
Manage shipping, freight, and related documentation.
Planning & Forecasting
Analyze trends to forecast spare part needs.
Develop policies to optimize stock levels and avoid shortages.
Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
Prepare reports on stock levels, usage, and procurement activities.
Handle PO, invoices, delivery orders, and finance-related tasks.
Policy Development
Develop and enforce policies for spare parts management.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Operational Support
Collaborate with maintenance teams to meet spare part needs.
Ensure timely part delivery for maintenance and repairs.
Cost Control
Monitor and manage inventory costs within budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
KPI & Performance Management
Track KPIs for spare inventory and submit timely reports.
Attend meetings as required.
Salvaging & Disposal
Manage disposal of spares per NEA/government regulations.
Support aftersales operations for repairs and maintenance.
Miscellaneous
Handle any tasks related to spares, inventory, and warehouse management as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain roles, or any relevant field.
Proficiency in inventory systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, ERP).
