• Greet and attend to customers and receive their vehicles.
• Document customers’ concerns and comments and provide professional advice on required repair works and maintenance.
• Issue service Job orders and descriptions of service and repairs, and create sales orders in the system.
• Explain the jobs required for servicing/repairs and advise the customer on any additional repair works required.
• Estimate the cost and downtime needed for repairs, including for body and spray painting works.
• Liaise with inventory for car parts/accessories orders and follow up closely for supplier delivery timeline.
• To be responsible and accountable for Sales Orders issued and to conform to the company’s SOP.
• A team player and able to execute any other tasks as instructed by your superior.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Min 2 Years of working experience in the automotive/related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales.
• A valid class 3 driving license is mandatory.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
