Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our automotive road testing team.
Successful candidates will undergo structured training to become proficient in:

1. Assisting in vehicle road tests (durability, performance, environmental adaptation, ADAS,Smart carbin)
2. Installing and maintaining testing instruments (data loggers, sensors, measurement tools)
3. Collecting and documenting test data for engineering reports
4. Supporting senior engineers in liaising with clients and test facilities
5. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during testing

Requirements

• Open to all candidates. Singapore Citizens or PR aged 35 and above may be eligible for WSS subsidies.
• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent qualification/experience)
• No prior automotive testing experience required — training will be provided
• Able to travel overseas for testing assignments (typically 2–6 weeks per trip, depending on project needs)
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license (International Driving Permit advantageous)
• Comfortable with outdoor and on-road testing environments
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners on technical project requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,000/month (eligible for WSS if criteria met)
