Job summary

A leading automotive service company in Singapore is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a team of service technicians. Responsibilities include managing customer requests, coordinating service operations, and performing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have experience supervising blue-collar workers, preferably with skills in driver manpower deployment. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced in supervising blue-collar workers in automotive workshops.
• Skilled in driver manpower deployment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of service technicians.
• Assign technicians for onsite tyre servicing.
• Handle customer requests at indoor workshop.
• Manage walk-in and phone inquiries.
• Coordinate between customers and technicians.
• Perform admin tasks: service postings, inventory, tool maintenance.
• Plan night shift duty rosters.
• Rotate standby for night service calls.
