You will help expand overseas sales and strengthen customer relationships to support sustainable business growth. • Support overseas customer accounts and contribute to achieving team sales targets.
• Identify prospective customers and explore new business opportunities in international markets.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, sales activities and outstanding orders to facilitate timely orders.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates on order status and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve sales or fulfilment issues.
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase market reach and business opportunities.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term business development.
