Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets through the development and management of overseas customer accounts.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities in international markets to support sales growth.
• Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, quotations, and order progress to facilitate successful sales transactions.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with relevant internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and deliveries are completed as scheduled.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to provide sales updates, resolve order-related concerns, and promote customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing activities to strengthen the company's international market presence.
