Key Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize and execute corporate events at various outlets with corporate clients.
• Source, qualify, negotiate and manage vendors.
• Lead and manage procurement processes to get competitive pricing for the company.
• Project planning and coordination to ensure that events run smoothly and seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Min 6 years of events planning & management experience for lifestyle or automotive brands.
• Experienced with sourcing, negotiating and managing vendors.
• Able to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
