TALENT CONNECT HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Automotive Grooming Technician to join our team.

You will perform car grooming, cleaning, polishing and detailing, ensuring exterior and interior care meets our high standards and coatings are applied correctly. No formal education is required, but relevant grooming or detailing experience is a plus. Physically fit, detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• No minimum educational qualification required.
• Relevant experience in car grooming, car detailing or automotive-related work will be an advantage.
• Candidates without experience but with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform car grooming, cleaning, polishing and detailing services.
• Carry out vehicle exterior and interior grooming works.
• Apply car care products, wax, polish and protective coatings.
• Inspect vehicles before and after grooming services.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of tools and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with other vehicle grooming duties when required.
