Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on the vehicle maintenance ,repair needs pre-inspection check.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventories, shipment logs, and inspection reports.
• Support general office administration, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
• Vehicle Coordination & Inspection
• Post inspection, export preparation including detailed photos of vehicles.
• Assist with pick-up and drop-off of vehicles from designated locations (e.g., ports, workshops, client sites).
• Perform basic vehicle checks and inspections, ensuring all units meet required export standards.
• Coordinate with mechanics or workshops for maintenance, servicing, or repair tasks.
• Report any vehicle defects, damages, or operational issues promptly.
• Experience in automotive export, logistics, or import/export industry.
• Basic understanding of customs clearance, export documentation, and freight coordination.
• Mechanical certifications or vocational training related to automotive inspection

Requirements:

Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience

Work: 5.5days ( 9am to 6pm Mon to fri 9am to 3pm sat )
