Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Document and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in automation testing.

Required Qualifications:
