Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Automation Test Lead/Engineer with deep Java and Selenium expertise to support Digital Channels and Payments testing initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for enterprise-scale applications.

The role covers test automation development, quality engineering, CI/CD integration, and hands-on validation of digital banking and payment workflows. Bachelor’s degree required; banking domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java.
• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver.
• TestNG/JUnit.
• Maven/Gradle.
• API Testing (Postman/Rest Assured).
• SQL Database Testing.
• Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and libraries.
• Execute automation test suites and generate execution reports.
• Develop automation strategies for web and mobile applications.
• Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Support continuous testing initiatives.
• Validate Digital Banking and Online Banking applications.
• Test payment workflows including funds transfers, bill payments, FPX/UPI/NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT, merchant payments, and transaction processing.
